Q: Is buying from your website safe?
A: Yes. We use RapidSSL certificates to protect your information. All information is secured by 256-bit encryption.

Q: Is a PayPal account required to make a transaction?
A: No. On the checkout page you get options of payment. You can choose whichever suits you whether it is PayPal, American express, Mastercard or Visa.

Q: Will you keep my credit card information on file?
A: No. You credit card information is confidential and all our payments are processed using PayPal.

Q: Do you accept mail orders?
A: Yes. To avail this option, select check or money order during checkout. Please include order number on the check or money order. Items are shipped when the check is cleared.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping rates vary from area to area and are also dependant on the weight of your order. To find the exact shipping costs of your order just add the items you want to your shopping cart and proceed to My Cart. At the center of the page we have a small shipping cost calculator. Just enter your state and zip code and voila you have your shipping cost.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of placement. The time taken to deliver depends on your location and the delivery type you choose. In case of a normal delivery it usually takes around 3-6 days for your order to be delivered excluding holidays and weekends. If you want your order to be delivered quicker you can choose faster delivery options, which cost more.

Q: Can I track my order? How?                                                                                                                                 

A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped you are automatically sent an email containing your tracking number. 

Q: Can I purchase from you in person?                                                                                                                  

A: No. At the moment we do not offer the local pick up service.

Q: Is airsoft legal in my area?

A: There is a restriction to use airsoft in certain areas but mostly it is legal. It is your job to find out the rules and regulations of your town regarding the use of airsoft guns.

Q:  How old do I have to be to purchase airsoft guns?

A: The person who is buying an airsoft gun must be 18 years old or older. There are no exceptions to this rule. Laws and limitations can vary state by state due to the local authorities, so it is best that you check the laws of your area.

Q: Do you sell air guns/pellet guns, or only soft air guns?

A: Yes. At the moment our airsoft selection is perhaps the largest there is. Whether you’re looking for a starter spring pistol or a rifle we have a wide range of airsoft guns. Any airsoft enthusiast will certainly find exactly what they’re looking for in our store.

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A: Yes. All return and exchange are request are entertained within 7 days of delivery. However due to the nature of our products any package opened will void its return policy.

Q: Is there a replacement service or warranty in case of damage?

A:  We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage. Any claims arising from the operating, failure or malfunctioning etc. will be denied. If your product arrives with shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf.

All Airsoft Guns must be shipped with a 6MM Blazing Orange Tip as Required by Federal Law. NO EXCEPTIONS.
